Boot Camp is a fun and motivating physical conditioning program. Designed to challenge all aspects of your health and fitness to get fast results. Without yelling or screaming!

These group sessions are conducted outdoors at various locations around the South West and incorporate team games, team challenges, drill-type exercises and a Boot Camp course designed specifically to raise the heart rate. We test your fitness on Day 1 and 12 so we can provide you with a safe and effective program to challenge each individual accordingly.

The fun-filled group training sessions will boost your motivation, challenge you in body and mind and kick start you out of the rut of your training plateau.
